Q. Gratuity?
A. Yes.
Tips are customary in the spirits delivery (a.k.a. bartending) industry.
Suggest one of two options to handle them:
- Allow a tip jar to be placed on the mobile bartending service bar for guests
- Opt for “hosted gratuity" in which the tip jar is eliminated and the host pays 20% gratuity of the total cost of bartending services
Q. What type of payment do you accept?
A. Major credit cards, check and cash are accepted.
A 50% deposit will be due within 3 days upon receipt of the invoice. The remaining balance will be collected 30 days prior to the event.
In the case that the event will occur within 15 days of the date on the invoice, the total amount is due within 3 days upon receipt of the invoice.
BAR RO'D ™ Crew cannot perform any mobile bartending services until full payment is received.
Q. What happens to the non-refundable retainer if the scheduled event must be canceled?
A. The retainer is non-refundable once the date is secured and staff is scheduled.
However, we are pretty understanding people. You can reschedule with another date (length of time varies), and use the retainer for the rescheduled event.
